Heep.AI is our own project, built to rethink how businesses and creators manage their social media presence. Instead of relying on static chatbots, it introduces intelligent AI agents capable of handling conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Messenger. The goal is to automate repetitive tasks while keeping interactions natural and personal. Agents can answer customer inquiries, schedule posts, and trigger custom workflows, freeing teams to focus on higher-value work.

The technology

Developed on Bubble, Heep.AI integrates OpenAI’s API to generate natural responses and Meta’s APIs for seamless connectivity to major social platforms. What sets it apart is the custom action builder: clients can design their own automated workflows that go far beyond pre-set scripts, ensuring compatibility with existing systems. This flexibility makes Heep.AI more than a chatbot—it’s an automation layer for communication.

Our involvement
