Project Description: Bailo.io is a real estate application designed to help agencies digitize the management of property applications. In France, the traditional application process involves sending documents via mail, email, or paper, which is cumbersome for both applicants and agency staff. Bilo.io allows candidates to submit all their information online, centralizing it for the agency. The platform also provides scoring for each candidate based on predefined criteria and helps organize property viewings for top candidates, significantly streamlining the process. There is also a version for individual users.
